I understand that up to 4 copies of my e-book will be made, in order to send it out to the assigned judges. I have permission of my publisher to allow this one-time distribution of my books, by From the Heart Romance Writers, Chapter 177 of the Romance Writers of America. I understand that there will be no monetary payment made for these e-book copies. All copies will be deleted from the judges' computers, after the judging period. There will be no copying or distribution of the e-book entered, beyond those furnished to the judges.
