I love that you thought of us when you felt down this week. That’s exactly what this group is about. Encouragement, cheering, commiserating–SUPPORT. And virtual (((hugs))) and lots of smileys 🙂
Since this is my first week and no power outtages here, I wrote for at least 30 mins each day.
Setting 15 min as my goal totally works because I can always squeeze in 15 mins. Once I start I’m usually good.
The one day I moped, I thought of the chain and the group. Really helped me manage myself !
