Belle, I’m so sorry about your mother. And it’s completely understandable that you aren’t feeling like you want to write.
I think 700 words a week is a fantastic goal.
Be sure to take the time you need to grieve and practice good self-care. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized more and more how not taking the time we need to work through our emotions can harm us. I’m just bummed that it took me this long to figure it all out.
Sending lots of hugs and peaceful thoughts to you this week!
Glad you liked the quote. 🙂
Love the quote Cheryl! I copied it to a sticky note and put on my computer screen.
I hope you’re feeling better, Linda! That sounds rough.
Great job, Kathy, Caro, and Dory! You all are inspiring!
Good luck with your tests, Dory. I hope it all comes out okay.
I haven’t gotten any writing done since sometime last month. I lost my mom this past November. I’ve been a bit blue and haven’t been able to write much since then. I’m hoping to get on a roll again. I missed yesterday and might not get much done tonight, but I will start low and put my goal at 100 words a day for the rest of the week plus working each day on editing and hope for the best!
Have a great week everyone!
