- GOAL: 10K words (This is goal more in line with where I’m at.)
- TIME ZONE: I’m in the Pacific Time Zone (Hello from San Diego!).
- OPTIMAL SPRINT TIMES: I prefer late morning, evenings, and late nights
- OPTIMAL SPRINT LENGTH: 20 minutes. I’ll often do an hour sprint and break it up my own way: 20 min sprint/10 min. break
- COMMITMENT: This is always a challenge for me, but I commit to not beating myself up if things don’t go perfectly for me. Also, I commit to checking in daily with all of you!
