Still getting in 25 minutes a day, despite the really busy week at work and home. I alternate Barre3 and Core Power yoga classes to take care of my physical self. Yoga has taught me excellent coping techniques and they are even rubbing off on my husband. 🙂

This week I need to keep strengthening my story and SHOW their mutual attraction.
