An excellent use of the tactic. From “Bubba,” we can assume it’s a southern setting. And you’ve told us were at night, outside under a starry sky, delivered from someone who would like things to get romantic. Yes, you could have taken a paragraph to set the scene, but you’ve done it in under 20 words. Well done!
