Dory here, I managed, thank-you Cheryl, to write 2213 words and do 3 classes. have been adding exercise now to my routine –when hubby not home I do 2 hrs sit cycle, then 1/2 hour split between resistance and hand weights and a half-hour of cardio When hubby’s there in the evening (Fri-Sun) it is mainly the sit cycle. I’m at 32.8 lbs down,
