I write and publish paranormal and urban fantasy romance.
I’m one of those people who drafts like a fiend when stressed. However, I struggle with editing/promoting/non-drafting things during those times. I drag my feet and only a deadline keeps me on track. My sleep/wake cycles go haywire and I just don’t feel good in general.
To be honest, when I first started the class, I thought it wasn’t for me. I’m pretty productive. But I think taking a closer look at the times when I do feel overwhelmed might help me be more healthily productive. (I have no idea if that term makes sense, but I’m going with it. 😉)
