I am Nancy Mayer. My problem is that I can’t find the beginning of most of my WIPs. I have written enough variations of beginnings for a number of stories to form a series. I probably have an average of five beginnings to each of several WIPs. They are still WIPs because I can’t find the proper beginning.
I have taken classes on GMC as well but have rarely read the books used as examples. I have tried finding the GMC in published novels but can’t see that the hero and heroine have different goals.
I am trying to write what have been called traditional Regency romances.
I am taking this class in hope of getting help to find the beginning.
