Wow! This is a huge topic to tackle. Good job.
As for ease of use, I’m a big fan of tables, and I think they could be used for several of your examples, rather than the bulleted lists. It would easily organize the information and cut back on the look of wordiness. I also think you might want to eliminate the single quotation marks and instead use italics as it would be easier on the eyes.
