I have Scrivener. I use it to write my drafts. For some reason I haven’t really been able to get into it for organizing my research and notes. I may try using it again to see if it works for me since it’s been some time since I’ve tried using it for anything other than writing my draft.

Here is a link to a blog post by Gwen Hernandez about Scriveners organization features for research. I find I use the ability to import or bookmark web pages quite a bit, as well as the split screen and annotation feature. I haven’t use the labeling feature that much, but I’ve heard that can be very useful.
