Jeanne, I’m doing taxes, too. I have a tax accountant and it’s still a pain in the patoot, so I feel you. 😔
Dory, I’m sorry the class didn’t run smoothly. I know the board is working hard to remedy that. It’s kind of you to be so patient with the process. Thank you. 🙂
I tell you, it has been a month of chaos for me. I remarked to a friend yesterday that I was ready to slam the dumpster lid shut on February and I meant it. Kidney problems, cancer screening, and jury duty were the highlights. Lowlights? 🤔 Well, at least I got through it, right? And I’m cancer-free, though I have to go back in 5 years and do it all over again. I’m just embracing an attitude of gratitude that we have tests like this available to us.
As for writing, I’m at the halfway mark in my story, just shy of 45,000 words. I want to get the rest of the draft done by the end of the month. Right now, I’m going back and summarizing the chapters on sticky note index cards to refresh, so my word count is a little low. I might need to allow myself to extend a week into April. Still plenty of time for my edit, though I’m not thrilled with going so long between releases. Ah well…
Wishing everyone a creative, productive, peaceful March.
