Jeanne, I spent today paying doctor bills from my trip to the ER and recent cancer screening, so I feel your pain. We used to have the best insurance, but it has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I’m even having to pay for my own screenings, which used to be free. It’s frustrating to see how expensive everything is, isn’t it?
I’m so glad you’re feeling better overall, though. Sounds like you’re back to your usual schedule. 🙂
Kathy, I believe FTH has a novella class coming up. I took it when I first joined and thought it was a great class. It’s probably even better now. The trick to writing short is streamlining your storylines. No extraneous characters. Easier said than done, am I right?
Dory, you take the coolest weekend trips. I love hearing about them. Pickled pumpkin? I’ve never heard of it.
How is your computer holding up? Did you ever get that straightened out?
I finished my MS yesterday and sent it to my dev editor. So happy that’s done. Well, not DONE… Edits are for sure incoming. I know it’s not my cleanest story.
As for my upcoming plans, I’m headed back to Texas tomorrow. My husband will follow in a week. We have a new little family member and we can’t wait to meet him in person. So, I won’t be doing much writing or editing until I get back.
Wishing you all a great week!
