I found out something interesting in connection with doing this – and the “A Glimpse of Hawaii” page. It’s considered plagiarism if you present someone else’s work or ideas as your own, with or without their consent, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement. But it’s permissible to quote or paraphrase if you acknowledge cite your sources.
