I’m looking at changing things up with our Week-By-Week check-ins by exploring ways of incentivizing accountability. Member Vicki Elliot has come up with a great new online spreadsheet that we plan to put into practice soon.
I also have a plan to remove forum members who haven’t ever checked in or who haven’t done so in months. I’ll give them two weeks to check in and then remove those who haven’t stopped by to at least say “Hi.”
We’re planning a Sprint-in-a-Week writing drive for 11/14-11/20. I thought I might catch people who aren’t interested in doing a full month of NaNoWriMo but might like to join us for a short and sweet one. Of course, NaNo participants are also welcome to join us.
I continue to host Zoom sprints once a week. Anywhere from 3-5 people attend the sprints.
