I had a great week of productivity, and tracking my work has had a tremendous impact on my outlook. I realized this week that I didn’t change my habits, but was able to look back and see that I’d accomplished quite a lot. It felt great. This week, I rewrote a chapter and was able to read-through/edit several pages. I’ve decide to track time simultaneously along with writing and editing.
I’m glad to see so many people using the spreadhseet. As a quick reminder, if you enter words into the spreadsheet, it will not be able to do accurate calculations. Entries should be numbers only. There are three separate tables that allow you to track words, editing or time. Also, feel free to modify the column headings if there is something you are tracking that does not match the table title, i.e. you are tracking chapters edited, rather than pages.
