    Hello, fellow members!

Looks like you’re all progressing with writing-related activities.

I finally did it – I finished the editing, revising and spell checking and published my book SWEET VICTORY to Amazon through KDP. It’s up in both Kindle (eBo0k) and paperback format. It’s now been almost 2 years that I’ve been working on this book.

Now, I’m at loose ends. Working on this manuscript was my main writing activity for almost 2 years – aside from a couple of short stories that I wrote and published. Now, I’m at loose ends. Gotta come up with another writing project.

I’ve been dabbling in historical research to come up with the background for my next project. Some interesting events that I’ve found are “The Night the Stars Fell,” the 1903 Iroquois Theater (Chicago), and the 1913 Suffrage Procession in advance of President Woodrow Wilson’s inauguration. Inez Milholland dressed in flowing white riding a white horse led this procession. Of course, I”d have to think of a story and characters to place in whichever event I finally choose. Need to do some more research.

    That’s it for now.
