Has anybody had any experience in doing a pre-sale on Amazon or B&N? I’m releasing my WWII historical fiction in May and have made it available for pre-sale on Amazon (e-book only) and hopefully soon on B&N in hardback. Just wondered if anyone had tips for generating sales? I’ve posted the first chapter on my website http://www.editsbytodd.com with links to the pre-sale.
